Anthony Joshua fun moments at Fela’s Afrikan shrine during his last visit to Nigeria (video)

Former IBF, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, visited Nigeria in July 2019.

AJ was at fun-centre, Afrikan Shrine, with DJ Cuppy and they were received by Femi Kuti.

The boxer’s sister shared the exciting moment with an inspiring caption.

Earlier in July, Our Agency reported that former IBF, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, came visiting Nigeria, his fatherland.

He landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, on Thursday, July 11, and his Nigerians fans were excited to greet their own flesh and blood who hails from Sagamu in Ogun state.

The British-Nigerian professional boxer did not come visiting home alone as he came with his sister Janet Joshua and they truly had fun.

On Friday, September 13, Janet shared a video of the boxer’s visit to the Afrikan Shrine where he met son of Fela Kuti, late legendary Afrobeat singer, Femi Kuti, who himself has worked his way to be called a living legend of the genre of music he inherited from his father.

In the video shared by Janet, while at the fun-centre, AJ as Anthony Joshua is fondly called, is a seen hitting knuckle with fans before meeting Femi Kuti who showed him around the shrine. She added an inspiring and motivating caption.
