A professor from University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) Enugu has captured the attentions of many by spending N120,000 on soft drinks for his students.
His kind gesture was shared online by one of the academician’s students and it generated widespread admirations among social media pages.
The student, @Angel Chi, took to her X page as she revealed that the whole class told the professor that they were tired and he decided to buy soft drinks for them in a way to ease their stress.
The man, who works at the dept of Obstetrics and Gynecology, transferred N120k to their class representative and asked him to buy them soft drinks.
The post reads, “We told this Prof. that we were tired and he transferred N120k to the rep to buy soft drinks for the entire class.”
Commenters, could not contain their emotions, as many began to ask about the name of her school and she responded, “UNN”.
Lecturers and professors are typically known for their strictness and demands on students. However, this UNN professor has taken a different approach by buying soft drinks like Pepsi, Coke to his students.
