Nigerian award-winning singer Ayra Starr is undoubtedly making big moves in America as she links up again with her idol and American singer Rihanna.
The Afrobeat singer was among the few celebrities at the Crop Festival in Barbados, which is Rihanna’s hometown. The festival, which is one of the rich cultures of the Caribbean, is a 3-month-long festival of Barbadian music, arts, food, culture, and more.
Since its inception in 1974, it has become a yearly event aimed at attracting tourists to the Island and keeping the local folks’ culture alive.
The festival usually kicks off in June and runs until the first Monday in August, with a brand carnival parade known as Kadooment Day, considered the biggest Caribbean carnival.
In videos making rounds on the micro-blogging platform, Twitter now known as X, Ayra Starr was captured hanging out with the Billionaire businesswoman and singer dressed in their Festival costume.
