Famous Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel is one of the trending conversations online as he chooses violence today by dragging the living daylight out of his colleague Tekno.
Taking to his verified Twitter handle today, April 29th 2024, Kizz Daniel blast Tekno following his mockery reply to the alleged N1b royalties from hit song Buga.
Note that Buga is a hit song by Kizz Daniel released in 2023. The track is a song off the Maverick album. Kizz Daniel features Tekno in the global hit song.
A recent interview circulating online, conducted by Music Base Africa, purported that Tekno revealed Kizz Daniel’s practice of sharing 50 percent of the proceeds from their collaborative track ‘Buga’ each month.
They also alleged that Tekno disclosed receiving nearly a billion Naira from Kizz Daniel as royalties for their collaborative song.
The post reads;“I got on Kizz Daniel’s Buga with no sort of legal agreement.
I wasn’t expecting anything from him. Wanted to be silent about this but I think some levels of gratitude deserve to be spoken of. Do y’all know Kizz Daniel sends me 50% of every revenue he generates from that song ? After his buga tour he sent me close to a Billion Naira and I was already shocked enough by that move. He didn’t end just there.
Every month I receive millions as my own share of the revenue generated by Buga on streaming platforms… Kizz is a great guy I can’t lie.”
Responding to this, Tekno said that the interview was absolutely nothing but a fabricated one tagging it as false.
Tekno further stirred reactions in his tweet by saying that Kizz Daniel doesn’t have such kind of money to pay him.
Tekno wrote; “Him money no reach. Anybody wey put out that fake interview, thunder fire your mama. #Talkingshit.”
However, Kizz Daniel didn’t respond when Tekno tweeted this shady tweet on April 14th and by extension waited till April 29th.
Kizz Daniel while responding refers to the tweet referred to Tekno as a foolish person and bastard stressing that he helped Tekno with a feature on his global song, Buga only to start spewing trash on social media.
Kizz Daniel wrote; “😂 Dem mention money you sef dey talk… spewing shit like anus 🤣🤣 see ekuke way we rescue with BUGA !! 🤣🤣🤣 Oloribu omo ale.”
