A Ibadan-based chef has started a marathon cooking session in an attempt to set a new Guinness World Record, just four months following Hilda Baci‘s previous record-breaking achievement.
The lady identified as Peniell_cm began her attempt on September 28th and at the time of reporting, she’s currently cooked for more than 15 hours.
Hilda Baci, the chef who set the precedent for this impressive cooking feat by cooking for 93 hours and 11 minutes, captivated the world’s attention earlier this year when she successfully broke the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon.
In the video, the Ibadan-based chef is seen being solely assisted by an assistant chef in the kitchen.
Cooking enthusiasts and food lovers alike are keeping a close watch on Peniell_cm’s attempt as she strives to set a new benchmark for culinary endurance. Her dedication and resilience in the kitchen have already garnered admiration from around the region.
