Mike Enahoro-Ebah, a witness subpoenaed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, in the ongoing presidential election tribunal, has alleged that President Bola Tinubu identified as a female while seeking admission in Chicago State University, USA.

Ebah claimed that while forwarding a transcript of the South West College in USA in 1977, the President used the name ‘Bola Adekunle Tinubu’ and identified himself as female.

Certified copies of a notarised judgement of a US court on the forfeiture of the sum of $460,000 and a copy of Tinubu’s alleged Guinean passport which were presented by the PDP, were also admitted as evidence by a five-member panel of justices led by Justice Haruna Tsammani despite objections by counsel to the INEC, Abubakar Mahmoud (SAN); Tinubu, Emmanuel Ukala (SAN) and the APC, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN).

When cross-examined by INEC’s counsel, the PDP witness denied spending a lot of money to pursue the case against Tinubu. He revealed that his partner who is a lawyer in the US obtained the documents free of charge.

He also admitted that he was pained when his candidate lost the February 25 presidential election.
