Diddy is currently going through a complex legal landscape marked by several lawsuits that allege instances of s3xual assault, with a number of male plaintiffs among the accusers.
Texas attorney Tony Buzbee is representing as many as 120 alleged victims and has already filed six lawsuits, four of which include male claimants.
One of the lawsuits originates from a man employed by Ecko Clothing in 2008. This individual claims that during an interaction with Diddy and his security personnel at Macy’s flagship store in New York City, he was assaulted.
He alleged that after being injured and forced to the ground, Diddy approached him and demanded oral s3x, claiming the encounter escalated into a violent act of rape.
Another male plaintiff has come forward, stating that while working as security at Diddy’s 2006 White Party, he was drugged and subsequently overpowered.
This individual alleges that Diddy forcibly sodomized him inside a van, resulting in significant emotional and physical trauma.
A third accuser describes an incident at a Diddy-hosted party in 2021, where he claims to have become disoriented after consuming a single drink.
The fourth accuser, who was 16 at the time, claims Diddy exploited him by promising fame and coerced him into an inappropriate “rite of passage”
Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, stating that “in court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman”
Recall that Diddy has been sent to jail ahead of sex crime trial.
On Tuesday, the judge denied bail after Combs pleaded not guilty to the allegations.
According to court documents, a 14-page federal indictment accuses Combs of utilizing his business empire to engage in exploitative and illegal activities, including sex trafficking, threats, and abuse.
Federal prosecutors allege that Combs, with assistance from associates, operated an enterprise involved in various crimes, including sex trafficking, arson, forced labor, and kidnapping.
Two of the three charges against Combs carry a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
Prosecutors successfully argued for Combs to remain in custody until trial, while his defense team proposed a $50 million bond with home detention and electronic monitoring.
