29 year-old NBA star, Paul George, quits basketball following Kobe Bryant’s death

The 29-year Los Angeles Clippers star, Paul George, tweeted minutes ago about his decision to quit basketball.

Apparently in shock following Kobe Bryant’s death, he tweeted is clear terms, “quit playing”.

Judging from the comments beneath the tweets, his decision is not unconnected to the devastating helicopter crash that took the life of the basketball icon, who many other players including Paul George, took as their mentor.

Paul George is an American professional, a six-time NBA All-Star and five-time All-NBA Team selection, as well as a four-time member of the NBA All-Defensive Team.
