The 63rd Grammy Awards is finally upon us as the biggest night in world music is set for January 26.
Winning a Grammy is seen as the ultimate price for any musician and the 2020 edition is expected to make the dreams of some stats to come true, including Nigeria’s Burna Boy whose African Giant album is nominated for the Best World Music Album category.
The ceremony which is set to take place at Los Angeles’ Staples Center would have not just the presentation of awards, but also amazing performances from the world’s most famous music stars.
Here is a list of some of the biggest stars expected to grace the stage on a night of glitz and glamour.
Ariana Grande, Aerosmith, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, Lizzo and Eilish were first announced on the schedule for performances during the evening.
Others are Camila Cabello, Diplo, Spain’s Rosalía, Bonnie Raitt, the Jonas Brothers, Tyler, the Creator, H.E.R. and Charlie Wilson and Demi Lovato.
Also, reports have it that popular seven-member boy band, BTS, would become the first South Korean act in history to grace the stage at the Grammys.
15-time Grammy winner Alicia Keys would host the event for the second year in a row after an impressive performance last year.
