The leadership of MTN has apologized to customers across the country over the poor delivery of services.
Telecommunication giant, MTN Nigeria has released statement over poor network coverage experienced by its customers in the last few days.
The multinational company headquartered in South Africa appealed to its customers to bear with them concerning the poor network as they are working hard to resolve.
In a statement sent to its customers on Tuesday, MTN said:
“Dear Customer, we apologise for the difficulty you may be experiencing on our network. We are working hard to resolve it quickly. Please bear with us. Thank you”.
Some subscribers at varying locations in the country yesterday recorded a poor network which necessitated a circulated statement.
