1. WATER:

Intake of water has a whole lot of attributes to losing belly fat and having a flat tummy, it keeps you hydrated, filled and aids fat burn. average water intake should be between 4 – 5 lites daily. always take a glass of water before and after every meal

2. EAT MORE OFTEN:

Everybody eats 3 times daily. but who says it’s right? Reduce your food proportion daily thereby sharing one large meal into smaller proportions. Eat 5 times daily, never eat cause you’re hungry; always eat cause you have to.

4. NO ALCOHOL:

You may follow all other tips mentioned here, but they won’t work if you drink alcohol along with them. Drinking alcohol makes you store more fat from the food you eat and slows the fat burning process.
