A brighter, more expansive life is about sparking sustainable change: having better orgasms, enjoying more fulfilling se x, asking for what you really want in the bedroom, and channelling your robust, luscious se xual energy into your creativity and daily life. When you do this, you mainline your Goddess Power as you embody the Divine Feminine, and you step into a more vibrant, scintillating flow of life. You open up your energy centres so your Shakti can flow freely through you and spill over into everything you do.
Se x and creativity are closely linked because the same life-force energy powers both drives and fuels their expression. Tapping into your se xual energy boosts your creativity because you’re dripping with power, pussy juice, and curiosity—you’re open to exploring who you really are and what you’re really about. Doing this opens new worlds of possibilities and sharpens your experience of the beauty all around you.
It’s vital to embrace your se xual energy in order to feel lit up, inspired, and connected to your deepest desires. Desire is the driving force of every experience—we do the things we do because we want to feel a certain way for as long as we can. We aim for things and experiences we desire so we can feel the rewards of those things and experiences.
When we allow ourselves to admit our desires, we free ourselves to want what we want without making ourselves wrong for it. If we feel our desires are grasping or hurtful, we’re acting from fear, not love. Acting from fear deadens our chakras and suppresses our se xual & creative energy, and it keeps us from being our fullest, most vibrant selves. Fear keeps us small and stagnant, robbing us of the joy of challenging ourselves to grow, evolve, and deepen mastery of our skills & environment.
If we feel our desires are expansive and freeing, we’re acting from love. Love opens up our chakras so our life-force energy flows freely through our minds, bodies, and spirits. Love stirs up our se xual and creative energy, spurring us to explore being our fullest, most vibrant selves. Love keeps us expansive and limber, opening us to the joy of challenging ourselves to grow, evolve, and deepen mastery of our skills & environment.
It’s courageous to embrace our desires as fuel because we’re going deep into our beings and exploring what we’re about. We shine a bright light in the dark corners of our psyches and come face-to-face with all of us—our wounds, our gifts, and our power. We realise that we can’t go forward until we accept ourselves for who we are, as we are, and free ourselves to explore being gentle and compassionate in our self-talk, thoughts, and actions.
When we’re gentle and compassionate with ourselves, we’re more inclined to build healthier habits from a loving, grounded place so they’re nourishing and sustainable. We’re often our worst critics, and laying down the double-edged sword of judgement & criticism frees us to transform our self-talk & thought tapes. Doing this means we don’t have to spew negative barbs and put-downs in our minds twenty-four hours a day. Instead, we practise being kinder, more loving, and more accepting towards ourselves. We become our own biggest cheerleaders and tap into the radiance of flowing sexual energy that lights us up and puts the twinkle back in our eyes & Soul.
Being kinder to ourselves ripples out into every area of our lives and turns up our light. We become wellsprings of love and compassion, treating ourselves the way we would treat a child or best friend, and we transform the way we show up in the world. Kindness preps us to go deeper into love and desire, fuelling us to dig deep and release the bullshit keeping us from embodying the Divine Feminine and dancing in our Shakti.
Even when we feel we have much inner work to do, it doesn’t mean we’re no longer worthy or have to fight to prove our worthiness. Having inner work to do simply means there’re things we need to release so we can deepen into more of our true selves. It simply means we have the opportunity to grow, evolve, and master different aspects of ourselves. It’s the practice of turning up the wattage and sparking the flame in the centre of our beings.
Everything circles back to acceptance. If you don’t accept who you are and what you want, you can’t go deeper into your light and your power. Self-acceptance unlocks your curiosity, guts, and grit. You’re more likely to hang in there when you’re grounded in who you are, why it matters to keep growing and evolving, and how much love and joy you desire to feel in your daily life.
We’re here to be our truest, most vibrant and expansive selves, so we’re here to live with love, joy, and radiance. We’re here to admit our desires, deepen our self-mastery, and beam brilliance into everything we do. So really, we’re here to play in our fire and our power and give all we’re here to give. We’re here to live, full out, and have a damn good time doing it.
How will you play with your desires, your fire, and your power?
